Pet Art Club (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Uplift Duo. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and services at petartclub.com (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account / Session: We create an anonymous session for you automatically (no registration required). If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address.
• Photos you upload: When you upload a pet photo to create art, we store that image in our secure cloud storage (Supabase) so we can process it. See the “AI Processing” section below.
• Order & shipping details: When you place an order, we collect your name and shipping address so we can fulfill your print.
• Payment information: Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number or CVV. Stripe may share limited transaction data (amount, last 4 digits, billing postal code) with us for record-keeping.
• Usage & device data: We may collect basic analytics such as pages visited, browser type, and referring URL to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To generate your AI-stylized artwork.
• To fulfill and ship your print orders via Printful.
• To communicate with you about your orders or support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.

AI Processing Disclosure

When you upload a photo, it is sent to a third-party AI image generation provider (such as OpenAI via OpenRouter, or Google) to create your stylized artwork. By uploading a photo, you consent to this processing. Please only upload photos of pets (or people) for whom you have the right to share their likeness.

We do not knowingly use your photos to train AI models, and we work with providers whose terms restrict such use. However, you should review the privacy practices of our AI sub-processors listed below.

Third Parties & Sub-Processors

We share data with the following trusted partners as necessary to operate the Service:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Your card data is handled exclusively by Stripe. Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Printful — On-demand printing and order fulfillment. Your shipping address and artwork are shared with Printful to fulfill your order. Printful Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — Database, cloud storage, and authentication. Your uploaded photos and order data are stored on Supabase infrastructure. Supabase Privacy Policy.
• OpenRouter / Google — AI image generation. Your pet photos are sent to these providers to create stylized artwork.
• Vercel — Web hosting and edge delivery. Vercel Privacy Policy.

Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies (strictly necessary) to keep you logged in and to maintain your art creation progress. We may use anonymous analytics tools to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

Data Retention

We retain your uploaded photos and generated artwork for as long as your session or account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to support order lookups and reprints. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

Order and payment records are retained as required by applicable financial and tax regulations (typically 7 years).

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at chris@upliftduo.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

International Users

Our Service is hosted in the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US or other countries. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
